1. We do not operate a try before you buy policy.
2. We do not accept returns outside the 28 days from date of purchase
3. Please visit your local service centre or respective websites for warranty repairs for branded products i.e. Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson etc
4. We do not under any circumstances refund postage for returns of goods, faulty or otherwise.
5. If returning within 7 days, you are responsible for returning the items in a re-saleable condition.
The item must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we will not accept returned goods.
Please contact us if the item is faulty, we can usually send a replacement or offer technical support.
If a product is just returned for no apparent reason, there is a administration charge of £2.00
